Yes the same way you would with any other program threw add remove programs.
I think though that you might want to figure out why you are having a
problem with internet explorer 7 and resolve it.

I foolishly answered yes to the question about installing Internet Explorer
7 when I ran Windows update a few days ago. II'm having all kinds of trouble
with it and I'd like to go back to IE 6. Anybody know how to do that?
