MessageI noted this problem as well. The only solution I could find was to move the focus away from the video window, which is quite irritating, especially if you want to read what's on the youtube page or control the playing. It seems that JAWS is at least partially responsible for this problem, which at first I thought was linked with my internet connection as it seemed almost like the stream was buffering. ----- Original Message ----- From: Kevin Gibbs To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, April 14, 2009 9:14 AM Subject: RE: UTube Problem I have the same problem and I'll be very interested in the answer. I've had it with JAWS 5 and JAWS 10. My ISP is Comcast. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Kathye and Gene Sent: Tuesday, April 14, 2009 8:07 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: UTube Problem I am running JAWS 7.1 with Windows XP with internet access through Verizon FIOS. When I try to play a UTube video I get about 2 seconds of sound followed by two seconds of silence. This repeats til the end of the video. If I try it without JAWS it plays fine. Can anyone offer some help? Kathye ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message.
