Hi Carol,

I'm a Jaws user which use regularly a Braille display.
I think that in messenger, there is not any special troubles for deaf-blind 
users and they simply after they typing their message must go to the Jaws 
cursor and arrow up/down to find the text of the other side who's 
communicated with him/her.
If you need more help, I'm ready to help.
