Tom, I use two spaces between the end of one sentence and the beginning of the next. I have my spell check set to announce all spelling and grammar errors as I read a document back line by line. Are you talking about the grammar check or in general? If it is the grammar check try calling FS support to rectify the problem. Subject: Two Spaces Punctuation Repeated

Hi,
How do I set JAWS so that a document where the writer has used two spaces between words the two spaces isn't announced by JAWS.I dont mind three spaces, but it seems two spaces is far more prevalent. Is it possible to eliminate announcing of two spaces without messing up other punctuation. If it is possible, please tell me how.
Thanks,
Tom
