When in your in box. Do the following.
1 hit alt + v, errow down to auto preview and hit enter
and the check mark will go away and it will be off.
To check that it is off do a alt + v again and errow down to auto preview and
it will read auto preview and not say auto preview checked.

Hi.
Can anybody tell me how to turn off autopreview in Outlook?
Nothing I do seems to work it.
JAWS 7.1 seems to be crashing on a certain word and I think autopreview is
the cause.
I plan to have our admin folks update me to the latest JAWS but for now I
need a quick fix.
