Turning off autopreview

Hi. 
Can anybody tell me how to turn off autopreview in Outlook? 
Nothing I do seems to work it. 
JAWS 7.1 seems to be crashing on a certain word and I think autopreview
is the cause. 
I plan to have our admin folks update me to the latest JAWS but for now
I need a quick fix.
