Turning JFW 5.0 off and JFW 5.0 update on!

Hello everybody--
I just realized something now, but let me preface the question with this...
I updated my JFW 5.0 about a month ago with it's update. Now, that both are
listed on the program menu, , do I have to unselect JFW 5.0 manually or did the
JFW 5.0 update do it itself? If I have to stop JFW 5.0 manually, then please
list, carefully, how to do it. Next, please tell me how to get JFW 5.0 update
started...
