Also, usually before this can take hold you have to do the captia thing. They say that is a security deal but it still must be done before account is established.

You need to complete the security check before the accounts get created. There are tools to do this, such as Webvisum for Firefox and Solona for Firefox/Internet Explorer/any browser. The websites for both services are www.webvisum.com and www.solona.net respectively.
