It's possible that the installation files you downloaded were corrupted in
transit. This can happen if the download was interrupted before it
completed. Try downloading again and see if that doesn't fix the error.

I downloaded version 10.0.512 and I get a setup package error of could not
install the required component instMsi.
Currently I am running jaws 9 with xp on a Dell desk top with plenty of
space.
Any help would be great.
