Transfering dictionary manager sounds

Hi Gang,
I'd like to make an audio folder of the sounds found in the dictionary
manager so I can use them for different sound effects. Where would I go to get
them so I can have easier access to them for lets say to add as a back ground
noise in an E Mail in Out Look Express and then make a copy of them to add to
my sound effects collection. Any help would be appreciated.
