Tired of Hearing Blank Blank Blank

I'd like to create a dictionary entry so that as I'm arrowing down through a
document or web page, I don't hear "blank" for every blank line. I'm using
the latest version of JFW. Can someone tell me how to change what JFW says
when it sees a blank line?
