I don't know if you've read the whole passage, but the file supposedly
contains diagnostic information that Freedom Scientific can use to
analyse what caused the crash and hopefully with that analysis they can
use that to fix the issue, if such exists, in a new release. I've not
done it myself as I don't need to at this time, but hope that helps.
