Thunderbird and JAWS

Hello listers,

I'm using the portable Thunderbird version 3.0.3 with JFW 11, and as I read 
messages, JAWS will sometimes say "X-Western" even though there is no such 
text in the message. Does anybody know how to stop JAWS from doing this?
