Jerry,

You're a wonder! Exactly right and works like a charm. We need to get this 
to FS so they build it into their documentation.

Something I found that makes a big difference is whether the QAT is above or 
below the ribbon. If below, then your up-arrow does not work. The QAT *must* 
be set to above the ribbon. Then it works exactly as you've described.

Amazing, and again we need to get this into documentation for FS.

I had to make sure I had the virtual ribbon on and got to the quick access
toolbar with alt H, up arrow once and then right arrow to move among the
buttons which included the customize toolbar button.
