Here is what I would try to fix theese issues.
1. make sure that winedows is configured to fs recomended settings.
2. uninstall jaws 6.1
3. use narrator to delete the jaws 6.1 folders that remain.
4. reinstall jaws 6.1
do not do a merge.

I've written to FS technical support regarding my MSN 6.2 issue with the
latest build. So hopefully, one of them will know what to tell me.
Until then, I'm sticking with what works, and for me that's 6.0!
