I too am using WinXP Pro and Nero 6. Depending on the speed of your system
(RAM, processor speed, ETC.), you could conceivably use the fastest speed
available. If you have difficulty with the fastest, your best bet (so far as
I've found anyways), is to simply go to the next speed down until you find one
your machine works comfortably with. HTH!!!
