The activation wizard

Hey guys, anyone know how to get through the activation wizard in office
2003?
I'm having a huge problem.
I can select the method of how to register, and I'm doing it by telephone.
I can also read the installation ID that is produced.
However, I can't get to the box where it allows me to type a new one that
they give me on the phone.
Any ideas?
This is becoming a huge problem.
