The DEC Talk USB and AT&T Natural Voices

Hello Everybody--
I would like to hear from some people who have either the DEC Talk USB or AT&T
Natural Voices. Does anybody know if we can use particular speech engines for
specific programs? Let's say for example, I would like the DEC Talk USB to run
all of the windows stuff, but any particular programs I would like the AT&T
voices to initiate and speak. Does anybody know if this can be done?
