The original message was requesting the best way to communicate with Earthlink.
I was wondering if someone knew how to use Earthlink's live chat via JAWS. It
looks like my problems have been solved after too, speaking with Earthlink
customer service over the phone.

Well I am not sure what this has to do with jfw, but I had this
problem with roadrunner for a while. I finaly called them and the
did something about it, because I do not receive that message from
them any more.
