Hi all,

A friend is using a laptop with Windows Vista, Jaws 10, and Office 2003. Here's the problem she is encountering...

She goes to an Internet website, copies some text, and then alt+tabs back into Word 2003 and pastes the text. She then tries to alt+tab back into Internet Explorer, but as soon as she does this, a "task switching" window appears. She isn't able to choose anything in the window by arrowing around, and the only way she is able to close this window is to close all her open applications. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on here?

Thanks,

Russell
