TV schedules

Can anyone point me to a free web site for getting local television
schedules that works great with JFW? I had been using tvguide.com, but
their format has changed lately and I can't seem to get much use out of it
now. If anyone has any secrets for using the tvguide.com site since they
have changed their format in the last two weeks, please let me know. I am
using JFW 5.1.
