When working in a terminal emulation type setting, communicating with a remote terminal, the applications menu, alt+spacebar is your friend. Here there are commands for copying and pasting. There is the edit sup menu where you can copy and paste things. The normal controll+v and controll+c won't work because they may mean different things on your mainframe. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lora" <loravara@xxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi, I'm trying to use TSO, which is a part of a mainframe session in GGCC (which is a Hummingbird application, I think). I can't cut and paste using JAWS, because it doesn't seem to want to recognize what I'm trying to highlight. Beyond that, I can't move to the top or bottom of the screen (which should take you to the Command line) with Home and End. I'm not sure if all of this is because JAWS is interfering, or because there's some trick about working in a mainframe environment that I don't know. Either way, if anyone has any advice, please let me know. Thanks, Lora -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.comJFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.Archives located at: //www.freelists.org/archives/jfwIf you have any concerns about the list, post received from the list, or the way the list is being run, do not post them to the list.
