Hi,
In the advice below, do you really mean Settings/Control Panel/Appearance?
Or do you mean Display? There's no option named Appearance under Control
Panel.

Thanks.

Hi everyone, ok here is what should be unchecked when you go to taskbar
and
start in the control panel, appearance, auto hide the taskbar, appearance

group similar taskbar buttons, appeaarance show quick launch, and
notification hide inactive icons. Remember all these should be
unchecked. If
any are checked just uncheck them, and tab to ok, and press enter. This
will
solve the problem.
