Hmm, I think perhaps JAWS 11 may have some issues as, upon occasion, my JAWS just seems to fall out of the sky and I need to start JAWS again using my hot key. At first I thought I might be hitting the "mute" button on the keyboard but, alas, not the case. It is JAWS. Not good news to hear, at all. And think very carefully before considering doing a restore. that ultimately caused me to completely lose JAWS 11 and required a visit to the Freedom Scientific Support "surgery center" to excise several registry entries to allow reinstallation of JAWS 11. I can't close JAWS and get it to restart, nor does my "Kill JAWS" icon work as it has done in the past. I also can't get JAWS to work from the run dialog. Sometimes I can get other functions to work, such as a computer restart, but often not. I've now made JAWS 10 my default, and the system is working fine, except that I miss some of JAWS 11's features, most of all placemarker anchoring. Any ideas before I notify FS?
