Symbol Question

Someone had given me the asci number for the section symbol that you see in
many legal documents but I cannot remember what that number was, but I have
a second question about symbols. If I wanted to get JFW to read that symbol
as section vs.. the asci number, how would I go about that?
If anyone has the symbol number and can tell me how to label it as section,
I would be most appreciative.
