Hi, Katrina. I don't know what else to tell you from here. Maybe you could
trying sending another email saying why you're wanting to unsubscribe if
that's what you want to try next.

I have done that numerous times, and every time get a confirmation request. I follow the instructions in that message, but always receive an error message after that. It says something about not enough parameters being available. Quite weird!
