This is not an answer on what ever questions you have. I have just thought
to share my longest problem here. I wish it can help. Some times, when the
JAWS is running it suddenly stops on my speakers. I mean I cannot hear any
sound of JAWS speaking. If you are totally blind, you will come to thinking
that your system crashes. But I found that it does not. I'm not sure about
the cause. But my theory is it is depending of your sound card. Is there
anyone
having the same situation? I realized this when I tried to put my ears near
the speakers and I caught the problem. If you are using a headset, you won't
hear anything.

I'm saying this because some people just reboot their computer if the screen
reader doesn't talk. Look for the possible reasons before doing something.
About the crashing, I have something to suggest but it depends if you are
interested on that. I do complicated things when I think my system is
behaving unusual. If somebody asks for my opinion, that's the time that I
will say something. I don't want to suggest a solution that you won't be
able to appriciate.

Thanks!
