When Adobe Reader opens and gives you options, select "Reading Order: Left-to-right, top-to-bottom.
If there are graphics on the page where the text offset may be jamming words together, change the graphics verbosity with insert V and then G to show tagged and alt attributes.
A tech at FS advised me to go into config manager, html options, graphics page to make those things permanent.
