Strange Jaws issue with screen echo

Hi there,
When my jaws screen echo is set to highlighted, it reads as if it is set
to all (E.G. insert+escape makes it read the taskbar, it keeps telling
me the minutes when the time changes), and when I set the screen echo to
all, everything is announced twice. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
