Status On Keynote

Hello,
I asked this question before but thought I would again incase the answer has
changed.
I have, before, used a demonstration version of the Keynote software
synthesizer with JAWS. I really love this synth but am not sure where I can get
it.
Is it still sold now, and/or is it now free?
