Got it! Locked the left mouse button to it and arrowed it up to the top and released it. Thanks, Tom ----- Original Message ----- From: "Allan Wong" <allan.wkf@xxxxxxxxx>

hi,
with XP you also can do that if you are using XP start menu rather then classic start menu.

If your using Vista you can just go to the program in your start menu and
right mouse click or press the applications key and choose 'Pin to start
menu'.

Don't think you can do that with XP.

Hope that helps

yes, just use the normal copy and paste command. go to

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

and look for microsoft office 2007 submenu and look for ms-word 2003,
thenpress ctrl+c and finally paste it to the following
location:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu

there you go.

hope this helps.

I would like to put the shortcut icon for MS Word at the top of the start
menu. I know you can do this by dragging the icon and dropping it on the
start button. Is there a way to do this using the keyboard?
Thanks, Tom
