I have the demo of Jaws on my son's Pentium 4 2 point something Hz processor
running windows XP, and Jaws loads considerably faster at start-up than it
does on my Pentium III 1.3 Hz processor.  So perhaps the slowness of the
machine has something to do with the speed of the loading of Jaws.
