Hi there listers,
Anthony. I have SpyBot Search and destroy. That's the spyware software my
computer techie recommends. He says there's even a version for the blind,
but I've used both "versions," and haven't noticed a difference. I've also
used AdAware. Can these programs locate the problems and then prevent them
from recurring? Can you e-mail me offlist and show me exactly how to do
this? I know how to run scans, but that doesn't necessarily fix anything.

Good Morning Chelsea;
I have been using ADD/AWARE and SPYBOT for two reasons.
The first is that whenever CONSUMER REPORTS or our local TV station review
spyware they always mention these two programs as being more intuitive then
anything else out there.
Plus I find them to be very user friendly with JAWS.
