Jane can you do a search for the file name?

Is it like spyblaster and maybe a version number after it or something.

Just try spyblaster like this and see what you can find.

Have it search your whole hard drive.

That is the problem. The default folder to which I downloaded it to was
"windows installer package." I cannot find anything that looks like that
creature from which to extract it.

Hi Jane:

I've not downloaded Spy Blaster, but I'll try and explain generically some
things you can do. Whatever the file is you downloaded, go to the folder
where you downloaded it, locate the file and press enter on it. If
something that looks like a list of folders comes up, then what you
downloaded is a .zip file and you need to unzip its contents. If this is
the case, go to file with alt-F, arrow down to Extract All and press enter.
You will be asked where you want to extract the files too. Pick a folder
where you want to extract the files too, tab to a next button and press
enter.

Once the files are extracted, then go to the folder where you extracted them

and look for a file that is called setup.exe and press enter on it. This is

usually how you install programs which are downloaded using compressed or
.zip files.

If the file you downloaded is not a .zip file, then when you press enter on
it, it will run and guide you through installing the software.

Hope this helps.
