Michael, you don't need any script in order to monitor what's being scanned.
Once you have brought your mouse pointer, that is to say the Jaws cursor, on
the line you want to read, just press Insert Up arrow to read that line
whenever you want. You can also force the mouse pointer to go sit at the
beginning of that line by pressing you home key and, if need be, you can use
Control plus Right arrow to explore any path and file names on that same
line. Now, I would not recommend to do that often simply because, the files
are displayed at high speed. Jaws will not be able to read every single file
because programmers do not and will not provide a log file listing all
scanned files in a given computer. Ad Aware Personal Edition will scan over
6000 or 8000 plus files when run in deep mode. That's just too much for a
file. I have run this program about 40 times in December and honestly, only
the results provided at the end have to be taken into consideration.

Hi Folks:

I am currently running Windows XP Home Edition and also Ad Aware Personal
Edition. the scripts I have are from jfwlite page. and they will not allow
jaws to read when the program is checking for spyware. However it will tell
me when I mark the items I wish to remove. and also the buttons when I tab
around. My question is; does anyone know if there any new scripts that will
allow jaws to read and inform me as to what is being scanned.

Thanks much in advance.

Michael McKay.
