It almost sounds like you have two jaws running at the same time. Can you try closing jaws and see what happens? I have had two jaws running the same version and it acted something like you are describing.

I've been hearing like a quick echo when the JAWS reader is speaking making reading an email very difficult to understand. Any ideas on how I can clear this up?
