Way cool! I had no idea these shortcuts were there. Do these then get saved 
in the JSI file?

Try this, it works for me. Shift, space to select row, and then al,t con,
shift, c to set colum headings. next, con, space to select coloum, and then
alt, con, shift r to set row titles. Good luck
