Look in the verbosity settings in the default configuration. You should be able
to set it there.

Subject: Something I want to set perdermently with Jaws

hi guys, as my subject line says I want to set something perdermently with
Jaws. I don't know what's it calledbut if some people have used another
screenreader called NVDA before then they know what I'm talking about. Well
basicly its this: you know when your in a list, on the desktop, checking your
emails and even if you do a link list in internet explorer/firefox NVDA says
something like "1 of 24" well I was wondering is there a setting in jaws that
does this? I know you can do it with "say line" command and it does work, but I
was wondering is there a way to change it so it does it all the time? I hope
this makes sence to people.
Many Thanks and look forward to some answers soon!
  Daniel
