What's the other language? It seems to pronounce c as ch and seems rather Slavic but I can't place it.

you'll find that they've produced two English voices, plus some voices in
other languages. They'll let you try them for thirty days, before you must
purchase them. They're $35 a piece, or $65 for the two English voices
together. They're quite good-sounding, though I haven't used them
extensively to test responsiveness.
