In most Windows programs there is a menu item on the Help menu, most
often called "About ...". pressing the Enter key on that menu item
brings up a dialog box telling you about version number, copyright
information, registration status and such. If I remember correctly,
Skype has such a menu item on the help menu, and you should be able to
find the version number there.
