Skype

I have downloaded Skype and have several questions.
1. How do I fine a list of keystrokes?
2. How do I find chat groups?
3. How, if I am allowed to join a group, do I track what is being said by
other group members?
* note: I have downloaded and installed the latest scripts for JAWS.
I realize my questions are beginner in nature. When it comes to using
public forum type programs, that is exactly what I am.
I am also having problems with Firefox. But, one piece of software at a
time.
