Skim Reading Tool In JAWS Broken

Has anyone had a problem with the skim reading tool in jaws? I tried to get
it to look for the bits in italics and create a summary, but it goes through
the document making the sound, then never creates the summary. At least if
it does, it never puts it in the virtual viewer. Does anyone have any ideas
how to fix this?
