Hi all,
I've actually applied 3 separate shortcuts to each of the corresponding
versions of JFW I have. I must have had two versions using the same shortcut
key or something and wasn't aware of it.

I agree that APPLY is often needed before OK if you want the settings to
stick and the shortcut dialog is one example. It may not be necessary in
WindowsXP, I still always do it as a carry over from Win98 which is still in
use at work where it definitely is necessary.

Can you offer an example, please, of a program where choosing OK without
apply does not save the results? I'm not wanting to start an argument, I'd
just like to see one because so far I haven't.
