Shipping JAWS Dictionary for an Application

We're working on the creation of a medical dictionary for JAWS (.jdf). There
are
hundreds of terms and words in this dictionary. Can anyone recommend the most
efficient way to install this file so that when the application is launched,
JAWS sees
the file and loads the dictionary?
