Hi,

I am trying to select multiple rows.
The rows appear contiguous, only because data has been filtered. The roes I
want to copy might have row numbers, 82,83, 105, 122 and
.. Each row has multiple columns of data.

I hope this is more clear.

Thanks,
Bill

Hi, it was a little unclear from your message; are you trying to select
multiple colums or multiple rows, and are the ones you want
to select contiguous?

Subject: Selecting multople rows in Excel

Hi all,

How can I select multiple rows of columns of data in Excel 2003? I am using
Jaws 8.

I can use space bar and shift to select one row, but I want to select a few
roes at a time and copy them to a new work book and have
the same format and layout.

Thanks,

Bill
