?Then the only thing I can suggest is to either select one paragraph at a time or create a micro. I think I have the instructions to create a micro for word 2003 and 2007. Never created one myself though. The instructions are very precise and all. They say that the methods described are universal. I will send you the document if I manage to find it.

The Micro consists of putting sort of a marker on the section you want. After you just go to the section you want, place another marker there. Then, go to the next section of the document and place another marker (you can do that indefinitly until you run out of document) then just press a keystroke (you assign all the keystrokes of the micro) and the blocks of text within the markers are selected. Then after you just cut or copy the selected text. It is a handy tool. But since I don't like to mess around with things I don't know about I never created the micro on my system. But I asure you that the micro works. A friend of mine has the micro on his computer and it works fine.

Like I said, if I find the document I will send it to you. Perhaps if the list admin will let me I will share it with all the list. It is a handy tool and it works wonders with us jaws users.

I use jaws 10, but that's an awesome feature.

?You can also use the jaws 12 new feature. Put a place marker on the top of the section you want on word ( windows key plus ctrl and k (and navigate to the end of the section and just cut, copy or paste.

Shift plus control plus down arrow selects a paragraph.

What's the keystroke for selecting a section in MS word? Not a page, but just a section.
