Hi Tracey,

You have to insure that default.jss is loaded into script manager before =
you
can make that change. The easiest way to do this is to press the key
combination of Control+Shift+0.

Subject: Scripts to say "hello today is"

Good after-noon list,

Below are the instructions I have to have my computer say "Hello Tracey
today is Saturday March 20, but when I go to the script manager I can't =
find
the line endIf ; DefaultFirstTime =3D=3D 0

I'm using:

Thanks in advance.

Tracy

Script To Say Hello Tracy Today Is

1 press ctrl+shift+0

2 press ctrl+L

3 type autostart

to find the script named AutoStartEvent.

4 press enter

5 down arrow to the line that says

endIf ; DefaultFirstTime =3D=3D 0

6 place a blank line above that line.

7 now paste in the text below

SayString("Hello Tracy, Today is")

Say ( SysGetDate(), ot_string)

Say (SysGetTime(), ot_string)

Close, enter on yes to save
