I noticed there were greater than signs in the part that we were advised to
paste and I don't believe these should be included. I seemed to have some
trouble selecting non-contiguous text so will have to review how to do
that--used to know but have forgotten some little step.

I have followed these instructions to alter what Jaws speaks upon startup,
but apparently I am not doing something correctly. I made sure I was in the
default script file and then followed the instructions as listed, but each
time I try to save the changes, I get an error message that says "unexpected
word autostart." Thus the changes are not being made. I am wondering if the
pasted text should begin on the blank line that is above endIf ;
DefaultFirstTime == 0 or if i goes on a separate line. Thanks for any help.
