Hi all,
I've noticed an observation with JAWS and Windows XP. My father's machine has multiple accounts set up, which is fair enough as it's a family machine. The screen saver comes on after 10 minutes, however when I press a key to get out of the screen saver and choose the user, JAWS doesn't want to speak at all. It was so bad that I had to force it off and turn it back on again to get it running again. I seem to remember this is a Windows XP bug that was fixed in Vista, but can someone verify this for me please? The screen saver in question is the default Windows XP one. In case you need it, my father's machine is a Dell Dimentions Ins2400. To resolve this, I set it to "(none)" in display properties. Thanks!
