WMP 10 does not have a bookmark feature. However, you can tab around till you find how much time has elapsed and remember that for next time. Tab a couple more times to get to the track bar and use the arrow keys to move quickly through the file.
I'm sure this could be scripted for Jaws and WindowEyes but hasn't been done yet.
